ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP)—The Minnesota Wild have signed defensemen Marek Zidlicky(notes) and Clayton Stoner(notes) to contract extensions.
Both Zidlicky and Stoner were to be restricted free agents this summer. Zidlicky signed a three-year extension and Stoner two. Financial terms were not disclosed Tuesday.
The 33-year-old Zidlicky has 36 points in 60 games. The 25-year-old Stoner has two assists in eight games. He is on injured reserve after hernia surgery.
