Recommendation: Mason is coming off back-to-back starts earlier this week, which speaks volumes about his status as the Blues’ number one goalie, especially since he was pulled from Monday’s game after giving up five goals on 15 shots. Coach Davis Payne clearly has a lot of confidence in him. Unfortunately for fantasy owners, Mason’s numbers are just so-so this season, and the Blues’ offense doesn’t usually provide him with a lot of goal support. Use him sparingly if possible.
